My ex is a spiteful jealous mean person?

My ex hates my new wife, she is making false allegations and stirring up problems. Can she legally keep my child away from my new spouse? My wife has not done anything to her, yet she will not let go of the past. What can be done when going to court to stop her manipulitive behavior? Is there any loop hole that she can make it hard for my new wife to spend time with my daughter? She is spiteful, jealous, insecure, a hermit, and she has a bad attitude. She is trying make me seem like a scary person to my daughter, and lies to her and tells her I'm her step dad, and that her step dad is her real father. What can I do about this/.? and how do I make my ex quit picking on my wife out of spite and jealousy?
