I have not had a menstraul cycle in 8yrs, am in Menopause (37yrs old)?

I havent had a period in 8yrs. Does that mean i'm in menopause? I recently had a pelvic ultrasound and the radiologist said i have either polyps or cancer in the uterine lining. I'm having brown clotty blood when i wipe. I also have one big fibroid. Do you think iis cancer. I am 37. I have a Biopsy appt on august 19 and i cant wait to find out whats wrong.
