Wnat happens when you mix milk, vinegar, and baking soda together?

I know mixing vinegar and baking soda is what you do to simulate a volcano effect. I don;t know the added benefit of the milk. I also use this concoction to clean out my drains without having to use chemicals that harm the environment.
