What happened to the old Judy's Boutique Clothing Stores?

I remember Thom McCann, and we had a Judy's downtown. I sure do remember those. We also had a Pollock's Shoe Store where children could pick out a toy when they got a pair of shoes. We also had a Cinderella Shop, Charles Department Store, Bon Marche' and Ivey's. They still have Thom McCann shoes in Google, I saw.
