COULD I BE PREGNANT ALREADY?

I had a miscarriage in october I thought I was 13 wks and found out it stopped developimg at 7wks I had a d&c the next day I bleed for aprx. 2 wks after the surgery and got af about 4 to 5 wks after that my af is now due about the 19 th of december but I am feeling signs of pregnancy sore nipple which I always get before my af anyway hungry all the time even after feelinig full and freQuent urination can anyone give me their opinion the anticipation is killing me!!!baby dust to all
