Whats the difference between a fleece jacket and a windbreaker jacket?

a fleece is just a jacket made of fleece, a windbreaker has this synthetic material on the outside- sometimes they are lightweight and not as warm as fleeces, but the idea is that they keep cold winds from blowing through your clothes and making you chilly.
