Poll: Do you think commercials advertising horror should be permitted on public television?

I was watching a Bugs Bunny Christmas movie with my 6 year old nephew and a terrible, gory, horror commercial came on during the commercials, and now he has nightmares. I, myself even get nightmares sometimes after seeing some of those commercials. I don't think they should be allowed on public television, especially during A BUGS BUNNY CHRISTMAS MOVIE. What do you think?
