I honestly forgot something for meps is it too late?

I completely forgot that maybe 5 years ago, I got caught driving on a suspended license. i had no idea th license was suspended, the DMV had my address wrong and I got a ticket, which I forgot about, that is my fault, i then never paid ti, never got anything in the mail, then got caught speeding again and they realized i had no license (didn't give me another ticket) so what happens now? can i tell my recruiter wehn i go to my DEP meeting tomorrow?
