Deployed soldiers care package?

I sent a care package to my B/F overseas in Iraq the 4th of August and it still hasn't arrived, Its never taken this long to get there...Does that mean its been lost or is stuck in customs? or is it just going to take forever and a day to get there? Its got things like a stuffed animal, a ring, a memory chip that we've sent back and forth a number of times it has ultrasound pictures and such on it, and a book of puzzles and brain teasers....
